Stage two: team assessment and behavioral profile, 360 degree feedback

Stage three: two-day interactive workshop, building the team cohesiveness

Stage four: small group workshops; reinforce commitment and review progress in the day to day business activities.

Stage five: assess progress of the participants’ behavior change: learning, acting out the behavior in the day to day business activities and the diffusion of the behavior change and impact on the long term results for the organisation.
